Business Development Manager Representative Commercial HVAC

Trevor Frances Recruitment is looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager Representative to grow market share in the commercial HVAC industry. What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing market partners and distributors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential leads.

  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

  • Conduct site visits present solutions and provide product demonstrations.

  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively.

  • Comfortable cold calling presenting solutions and visiting commercial sites.

  • Technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience in commercial HVAC sales or detection technology is a plus.
