We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead business development and manage key global client relationships within US IT services. The ideal candidate will drive account growth oversee the end-to-end sales cycle build strategic proposals and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand business with global clients in US IT services

Manage full sales cycle account ownership and account farming initiatives

Build tailored proposals aligned with client needs

Maintain strong customer and partner relationships

Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support project delivery

Resolve client issues and provide regular progress reports

Support vendor/partner collaboration and on-site team expansion
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business or related field

3 years of IT industry experience in account management/business development

Bilingual in Japanese and English (strong communication skills required)

Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in remote team environments
