Account Manager - Japanese Bilingual

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead business development and manage key global client relationships within US IT services. The ideal candidate will drive account growth oversee the end-to-end sales cycle build strategic proposals and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business with global clients in US IT services
- Manage full sales cycle account ownership and account farming initiatives
- Build tailored proposals aligned with client needs
- Maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support project delivery
- Resolve client issues and provide regular progress reports
- Support vendor/partner collaboration and on-site team expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 3 years of IT industry experience in account management/business development
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (strong communication skills required)
- Strong client-facing negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in remote team environments
