Job Description
Business Title	Process Executive - Customer Service & Sales Support
Global Department	Customer Services
Role Purpose Statement	Seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin who will partner with various stakeholders & ensure the seamless operations optimization & Strategic utlilization of Salesforce within organization.
Main Accountabilities	This role encompasses solving Salesforce support tickets User Management Data Migration & Imports Reports & Dashboards conducting Training sessions for new users refresher Trainings creating Knowledge base articles regular Stakeholder Collaboration Staying updated with new Salesforce Releases testing new features ensuring smooth transition of users & other Salesforce Admin related responsibilities.
Education & Experience	Bachelors degree in Engineering & equivalent experience/discipline required Must have minumum 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
