Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance of process equipment like granulation compression coating & packing machines.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical & pneumatic issues on production lines.
Ensure high machine uptime and support production targets.
Maintain maintenance records and comply with cGMP standards.
Coordinate with Production QA & Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Supervise & guide technicians and maintenance staff.
Manage spare parts minimize downtime & support cost optimization.
