About the Role

Were looking for a true print industry sales hunter someone with a strong background selling photocopiers MFDs or print solutions directly to end users across SMB mid-market and enterprise.

This is a high-activity face-to-face BDM role with one of Australias most respected Ricoh resellers. Youll work warm pre-booked appointments build your own pipeline and close new business in a fast-moving old-school sales environment where confidence presentation and performance matter.

With a base salary between $80K$120K and uncapped commissions (top earners exceed $400K OTE) this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced copier salesperson who thrives on the chase.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Driving new business sales of print and copier solutions to SMBenterprise clients
  • Attending pre-booked appointments from our in-house marketing and lead-gen team
  • Prospecting and building your own pipeline to maximise commissions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement
  • Presenting high-value solutions with professionalism and confidence

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience selling photocopiers MFDs or print solutions directly to end users
  • Strong hunter mentality this is new business only no farming
  • Well-presented articulate confident communicator
  • Motivated by targets activity and earning potential
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a current drivers licence
