Job Description – Relationship Manager (Mortgage – DSA Channel)

Location: Vadodara
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) – DSA Channel

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to drive Mortgage business through the DSA network in Vadodara. The role focuses on business sourcing maintaining DSA relationships and ensuring quality file submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source HL/LAP business through DSAs
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with DSA partners
• Ensure timely login of files with complete documentation
• Drive monthly sourcing targets and maintain healthy funnel
• Coordinate with credit operations legal and technical teams
• Track competition and provide market feedback
• Ensure compliance and maintain portfolio hygiene
• Generate consistent business by expanding and engaging the DSA base

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of Mortgage Sales experience (DSA channel strongly preferred)
• Good DSA network and understanding of Vadodara market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HL/LAP policies documentation and credit norms
• Graduation in any discipline
