Job Summary

Role: S/4HANA Cutover Manager
Location: Offshore
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: December 2026 possible extensions

Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP cutover manager to assist our client with their multi-year global S/4 HANA rollout. The first series of go-lives will begin in April 2025 for the Asia Pacific region with additional global roll-outs following in subsequent years. Tasks will include working with the data lead to identify key data migrations and dependencies work with the business to coordinate scheduling of readiness tasks such as communications training and training. Develop and manage overall cutover plan for each go-live including system refresh schedules code transport schedules etc. Work with all related parties (client consultants 3rd parties) to help confirm cutover tasks are understood and being executed in a timely and successful manner.

Responsibilities:

Participate in and help drive multiple Mock Cutovers Dress Rehearsals and Production cutover cycles
Contribute to shaping cutover strategy plans and execution approaches across workstreams
Drive cutover execution within assigned workstreams ensuring activities are completed on time and to plan
Track manage and monitor work in progress across cutover activities
Identify manage and escalate cross-workstream dependencies and timing risks
Ensure alignment of cutover timelines deliverables and milestones across all cutover cycles
Provide ongoing coordination and coverage in partnership with USA and APAC based resources to enable continuous end-to-end support

Qualifications:

Prior experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Cutover Manager.
Strong experience in creating and maintaining cutover plans coordinating cutover activities across different disciplines such as basis service engineering release management functional and technical teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and practices.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in managing budgets timelines and resource planning.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional global team environment
