Operational data tracking discipline
Day 1 onboarding enablement execution
Role will be similar to Admin role with good communication.
Typical day in the role:
Order receive and track hardware and peripherals using the designated tracking file
Allocate hardware and peripherals to new hires based on line of business and maintain accurate records in the tracking file
(Romania only) Order mobile phones from the local provider allocate them to new hires and track allocations accordingly
Share new hire lists and required details with Security Health & Safety Reception and Transportation teams as applicable
Prepare ID number and alias sheets and distribute them to new hires
Coordinate closely with GWS HR and IT teams to ensure timely Day 1 NEO execution for new hires
Manage and ensure availability of training spaces for new hires
Engage with local managers to collect feedback and share it with GWS relevant internal teams and the PM
Track and follow up on the implementation of managers feedback with GWS and other internal departments
Coordinate seating allocation and ensure space readiness for new hires at the location in partnership with the PM
