Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets volume objectives and revenue goals within the territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including onboarding new distributors retailers wholesalers and channel partners.
- Strengthen and manage distributor and retail networks to ensure optimal product availability coverage and visibility across the market.
- Execute territory sales plans route-to-market strategies and promotional activities in alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts trade partners and other stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Conduct product presentations demonstrations and trainings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing supply chain and finance teams to ensure effective stock management timely order fulfillment and accurate forecasting.
- Ensure timely order processing delivery follow-up and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts trade partners and other stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing dynamics and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactical decisions.
- HND or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
- 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the consumer products diagnostics or medical equipment industry.
- Must be result-oriented self-driven and comfortable with field work
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team develop talent and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and must possess a valid drivers license.
- Creative innovative and highly driven to deliver measurable business results.
