Job Summary
The Open Market Sales Representative is responsible for driving product availability visibility and sales performance within assigned open markets and territories. The role focuses on acquiring new customers maintaining strong relationships with existing traders and retailers executing sales targets and ensuring effective brand presence in open market channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products within assigned open markets kiosks and retail outlets.
- Plan and execute daily market routes to ensure full coverage of assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with market traders shop owners and distributors
- Ensure proper product display visibility and merchandising in open market outlets.
- Maintain accurate sales records daily call reports and market feedback
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND qualification or equivalent in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in open market merchandising preferably in FMCG sectors
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
