Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Executive with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B and enterprise deals for a fast-growing food and corporate catering company. This role is responsible for identifying engaging negotiating and securing long-term catering contracts with large organizations including multinationals conglomerates industrial firms and large institutions across Nigeria.

The ideal candidate is commercially savvy well-connected at senior decision-making levels and experienced in selling services or solutions to large organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue enterprise-level corporate catering opportunities across multinationals industrial companies and large institutions

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire high-value corporate accounts

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise leads

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching proposal development negotiation and deal closure


  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with HR heads facility/admin managers procurement teams and executive stakeholders

  • Lead high-level sales presentations and customized proposals tailored to client needs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor positioning the company as a long-term catering partner rather than a vendor


  1. Contracting & Revenue Growth

  • Negotiate pricing service scope and contract terms to close multi-month or multi-year agreements

  • Work with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Upsell and expand existing accounts to increase contract value and retention


  1. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and corporate catering opportunities

  • Provide insights to leadership on enterprise client needs and service innovation

  • Contribute to refining the enterprise sales strategy and offerings



Requirements


  • Proven B2B or enterprise sales experience

  • Strong background selling to large corporate organizations multinationals or industrial firms

  • Experience in services facilities management hospitality FMCG logistics or enterprise solutions is a strong advantage

  • Proven ability to close large complex high-value deals

  • Strong negotiation presentation and relationship-management skills

  • Ability to sell to C-suite HR procurement and operations leaders

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills

  • Existing relationships or access to decision-makers within large corporates or conglomerates

  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes
