The Role

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting and coordinating projects that expand the supply of social and affordable housing. Youll assist projects from initial opportunity and bid development through to delivery and implementation contributing to CHLs growth and continuous improvement objectives.

  • Support end-to-end project delivery using CHL frameworks including due diligence scope schedules budgets risk management and governance reporting.
  • Coordinate documentation and communications including contracts business cases due diligence inputs board papers and bids/proposals to support organisational growth.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners such as government consultants financiers and developers.
  • Drive quality and improvement ensuring compliance with reporting requirements maintaining accurate project systems and capturing lessons learned to enhance future projects.
  • Support process system and governance improvements within the business unit including development and implementation of improved practices and tools

About You

To be successful for this role you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community together with the following:

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Property Construction Valuation Finance Business Administration or related field) or possess prior experience in a comparable role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated relationship building and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Strong understanding of property development residential accommodation investment and/or project management principles
  • Ability to operate with autonomy in dynamic environments and adjust priorities according to business needs.
  • A commitment to equity professionalism and working in a values-led environment.
