Job Summary
Are you passionate about supporting researchers and Higher Degree Researcher (HDR) students in a dynamic academic environment Griffith University Library is seeking a strategic and collaborative individual to lead and coordinate our Researcher Services team.
This role leads the development and delivery of training and advisory services related to research literature scholarly publishing research data management and metrics. Youll manage a team located across multiple campuses foster partnerships across the University and ensure the Librarys services evolve with the changing research landscape.

- You bring leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships both internal and external to the Library mentoring staff and driving innovation in service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Qualification from a higher education institution in library and information science or other relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- Eligibility for Membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) is desirable.
