We have an excitingseasonal job opportunity as MINI-FUNSEEKERS DAY CAMP DIRECTOR for summer of 2026! Join a team dedicated to creating a safe engaging and fun environment for campers ages 4-5. Campers spend most of their time outdoors with age-appropriate activities and themes. Each week campers will be visited by a special guest for an in-house field trip. Staff to camper ratio is 1:5.
WHAT YOULL DO:As Mini-Funseekers Day Camp Director you will plan coordinate implement and supervise the daily operations of the Funseekers day camp program serving ages 4-5. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan coordinate implement supervise and be engaged in all camp activities.
- Schedule supervise and evaluate staff.
- Conduct planning meetings with counselors.
- Recommend purchasing equipment and supplies as needed.
- Prepare end-of-season recommendations for next year
WHAT YOULL BRING:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old by May 15 2026.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience including 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
WHEN YOULL WORK:
- Attend camp training May 26 - May 29.
- Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 3:15pm from June 1 to August 7.
WHAT YOULL GET:
- The anticipated starting pay for this position is $19.00/hour.
- This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $16.00 - $38.50.
