Job Summary
As a Mad Scientist you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations hands-on activities and amazing take-home projects that will illustrate how science affects the world around us. Mad Science is the worlds leading provider of fun science programs for elementary-aged children.
Responsibilities
Lead week-long full-day science summer camps using a pre-set curriculum.
Teach a high-energy part entertainment part education hands-on camp from 8:30 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Most important: Get kids excited about science!
Qualifications
Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
Background in education or related fields preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and engage a group of elementary-aged children.
Reliable transportation to travel to different camp locations in St. Louis.
