Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to drive outbound calls generate leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients delivering clear persuasive communication while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Tasks
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls as per the daily target.
- Identify prospect needs present product/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with relevant details.
- Follow script guidelines while handling objections and queries.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on campaigns and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and telecalling regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC/Diploma; graduates are welcome.
- Age 1830 years.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
