- Continuously update your knowledge on product offerings and market trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive speaking style.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
