Profile:Telecaller (Female)-Real Estate-Surat-25k

Experience:1-3 Years (Telecalling / Sales / Customer Engagement)

Salary Range: 21k - 25k

Roles:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and explain the companys real estate offerings plots residential & industrial projects clearly and confidently.
Answer inbound queries and assist prospects with basic information about project features pricing site visits and booking procedures.
Maintain high call volumes with a positive professional tone and track results.
Record all calls outcomes and customer feedback accurately in CRM or tracking tools.
Follow up persistently on warm leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure messaging consistency.
Achieve daily/weekly lead conversion and KPI targets.
