Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator (Female) to act as a vital link between our educational academy and the this role you will focus on connecting with students and colleges to promote our specialized courses and diploma programs. Your primary goal is to engage potential students through phone calls messages and chats guiding them from initial interest to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and colleges from the provided database.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Manage communication across phone calls SMS and chat platforms to spark interest in our diploma programs.
Persuasive Counseling: Persuasively explain course features and career benefits to encourage students to join the academy.
Lead Management: Record update and track student information in the CRM system to ensure consistent follow-ups.
Relationship Building: Act as the primary contact for local colleges and community groups to build a strong referral network.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for student engagement and successful course registrations.
Administrative Tasks: Handle basic office-related work during your shift to support the marketing team.
Requirements
Gender Preference: This role is specifically open to Female candidates.
Education: High school diploma or any Bachelors degree is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly professional phone manner.
Skill Set: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
Technical Basics: Proficiency in using chat apps messaging tools and basic computer software (CRM knowledge is a plus).
Work Ethic: Highly motivated to work in a target-driven environment during the 4.5-hour shift.
