Job Summary

Job Description:
A telecallermakes or receives telephone calls to promote products generate leads or provide customer service. They are responsible for communicating with potential or existing customers answering inquiries and maintaining accurate records of conversations typically aiming to meet sales or call targets. Excellent verbal communication persuasion skills and patience are required to successfully convert prospects and manage customer relationships

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling:Initiating cold/warm calls to prospective clients to introduce services products or offers.
  • Lead Generation & Management:Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel qualifying leads and following up on potential sales.
  • Inbound Support:Handling incoming calls to answer inquiries resolve customer complaints and provide product information.
  • Data Management:Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and records of conversations in CRM systems.
  • Target Achievement:Meeting daily weekly or monthly performance targets for call volume and sales conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication:Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Sales Skills:Strong persuasion negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Experience:Prior experience in telecalling telemarketing or customer support is often preferred.
  • Education:High school diploma or a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
