Job Summary
Our client in the Travel and Tourism sector is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Partnerships Executive to drive consistent tour bookings through effective lead management sales conversion and strategic partnership development. The role involves managing inbound and outbound inquiries building and maintaining strong relationships with tour operators corporate clients group organizers and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The Sales & Partnerships Executive will also support business growth through market insights close collaboration with marketing teams and structured sales reporting. This is a high-impact role for a proactive professional with strong communication negotiation and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via email WhatsApp social media and the company website.
- Convert leads into confirmed tour bookings by managing follow-ups and proposal submissions.
- Create tour proposals quotations and packages.
- Build and maintain a structured database of partners including inbound tour operators corporate groups schools and diaspora networks.
- Conduct regular outreach to prospective partners and negotiate collaboration terms.
- Collaborate with social media personnel to create and promote offers campaigns and engaging tour itineraries and trip highlights.
- Track and update sales leads activities and conversion data using CRM tools (e.g. Google Sheets).
- Provide weekly updates on sales performance forecasts and partnership developments.
- Recommend improvements on product offerings pricing and customer engagement based on market feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Tourism Hospitality or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales business development or partnerships preferably within tourism or related sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace CRM systems social media platforms).
- Results-driven and able to manage a structured sales process with measurable outcomes.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to work independently.
