Job Summary
Our client in the Transportation sector (Vehicle Tracking & Fleet Management) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Partner to expand brand visibility and grow the customer base in Ghana. The role involves engaging corporate clients (mainly multinationals) developing strategic partnerships and driving sales of GPS tracking and fleet management solutions. The Sales Partner will be responsible for lead generation sales execution relationship management and market development.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualify and close sales leads in line with internal criteria
Develop and execute sales plans including identifying prospective clients
Grow the companys customer base and strengthen brand presence
Build and maintain a strong business partner network
Engage corporate clients and attend networking and industry events
Prepare and submit activity reports (daily weekly monthly and annual)
Monitor competitors and market trends (pricing products delivery schedules etc.)
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and proposing solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Provide management with insights and recommendations based on sales performance
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 35 years experience in sales and marketing
Prior experience in GPS Tracking / Fleet Management is required
Understanding of GPS tracker systems and OBD is an added advantage
Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Strong interpersonal communication presentation and listening skills
Creative problem solver and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with ability to learn company sales tools
