Job Summary

Join us at Helping Hands Pimpama as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children.

This permanent part-time role offers 34 hours per week including 5 non-contact admin hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. 

Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:

  • 6:15-9:00am (Rise then Shine)
  • 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)

About the Role

As an OSHC Coordinator youll be leading a team of Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage.
  • Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications :

Diploma or higher-level qualification relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards one).
