About the role

The Senior Clinical Panel Coordinator plays a key role in keeping TACs Clinical Panel running smoothly and continuously improving ensuring clients get timely access to the right clinical advice and services. Youll work closely with clinicians Claims Managers and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes reduce wait times and improve service delivery.

About the Team

The role sits within our Clinical Quality and Outcomes team in the Clients Provider Markets and Commercial Division working in a small supportive group focused on delivering highquality clinical outcomes. Supported by your Team Manager another Senior Clinical Panel Coordinator and two Administration Officers all of whom work collaboratively and juggle competing priorities with a calm clientfocused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of clinical panel redesign and procurement strategies.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement across clinicians claims staff and TAC divisions relating to initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans status reports and post-implementation reviews and evaluations.
  • Build strong relationships to support service improvements.
  • Influence and drive change through collaboration and strategic thinking.

  • Proven experience in project coordination and process improvement.
  • Strong grasp of clinical settings and workflows.
  • Demonstrated understanding of TAC environments and person-centred care models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within timeframes.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
