Job Summary

The duties and responsibilities of Finance Officer include:

Perform and monitor all Cash operations including transactions advance clearance of all employees in the National Team.

Effectively coordinate with all departments of SCH National team for annual and quarterly budget preparations.

Coordinate with Program Support Manager/Program Support Officer and perform monthly payroll of National Team.

Assist Finance Manager in the verification process of payroll prepared by field and regional finance team.

Perform accurate tax calculations and submit to local tax office according to government income tax law.

Assist Finance Manager in verification process of tax calculation performed by field and regional finance team.

Under supervision of Finance manager act as a focal person in preparing the monthly financial report and closely liaise with for communication and coordination with bank for account opening process maintenance process and local/international transfer process.

Ensure monthly Finance Report preparation in compliance with budget allocation.

Assist to Finance Manager for Local Donor Invoicing and Auditing.

Ensure all financial advance requests and reconciliation/expense reports are in line with the authority matrix according to approval threshold level of SCH.

Assist Finance Manager in regular assessing expenditure compliance against SCH standard operating procedures.

Maintain necessary financial documents systematically and assist Finance Manager for analyzing efficiency and effectiveness of operation activities and suggesting/identifying areas of potential cost saving/cost optimization.

Ensure accuracy of revenue and expenses by tracking and monitoring regularly.

Review all warehouse reports including inventory for necessary report preparations.

Oversee day to day activities of Finance Officer Assistant Accountant and Finance assistant in order to monitor coach evaluate and appraise the overall performance.

Oversee contractual obligations between Sun Community Health and leasers vendors suppliers and services providers.

Coordinate between National and Field Office relating Finance matters.

Assist Finance Department in planning and development of Finance Systems.

Leadership: He/She must have leadership skills and demonstrate ability to guide others.

Team Spirit: He/She must have good team player and be able to handle a large complex and diverse business territory.

Coordination Skills: He/She must be highly coordinate with other departments and be able to manage many processes and activities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate with certificates in accounting and financial related courses

At least five year experience of related field
