This is a 12 month position located at the Moorhead Area Public Schools Operations Center.
Provide administrative and clerical support for the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources department. Organize maintain and efficiently complete various duties and documentation associated with Human Resources functions including application tracking recruitment benefits HR information systems and general duties associated with Human Resources. Serve as the coordinator of the Substitute Management System including: software administration; training of staff; daily monitoring of the system; training and maintenance of the pool of substitutes; and assistance in maintaining daily substitute coverage.

- Verifies Substitute payroll is accurate and exports that data twice a month.
