We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to join our team at Holy City Pediatric Therapy. As an Executive Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in providing phenomenal Pediatric Therapy to children of the Lowcountry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating the schedule of the executive team
- Handling communication on behalf of the executives
- Organizing and attending meetings taking minutes and following up on action items
- Preparing presentations and reports as needed
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assisting with special projects and events
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience supporting senior-level executives
