About Holy City Pediatric Therapy:
Holy City Pediatric Therapy was established in 2021 with the vision of providing phenomenal Pediatric Therapy to children of the Lowcountry. Our mission is to make a missional impact on our community region and world by helping kids improve their abilities in a fun and creative way.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team at Holy City Pediatric Therapy
- Managing and organizing schedules appointments and emails
- Handling phone calls and correspondence with clients in a professional manner
- Assisting with billing invoicing and bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinating with therapists and healthcare providers for client appointments
- Assisting with social media management and marketing tasks
- Performing general office tasks and maintaining office supplies
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles. Experience working in a healthcare or pediatric therapy setting would be a plus.
