We are seeking an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Holycitypediatrictherapy. As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our pediatric therapy center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to therapists and staff members.
- Manage phone calls emails and correspondence with parents and caregivers.
- Maintain and organize patient records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for therapists and clients.
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and handle insurance claims.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events and workshops.
- Perform general office duties such as filing copying and faxing.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience working in a healthcare or pediatric therapy setting is a plus.
- Understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims.
