Job Summary

Position: Assistant Manager -Laboratory & Instrumentation QFS

Location: Cochin

Qualification: . in Chemistry / Food technology

Experience: Min 10 to 15 years of Lab Experience in Food / Spice Industries

Salary: 12 LPA - 14 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on expertise in LC-MS/MS GC-MS/MS HPLC operations method development standard preparation and MS/MS data interpretations.
2. Manage end-to-end Kochi lab operations; provide remote technical support and issue resolution for other locations.
3. Oversee contaminants analysis and basic testing per customer specs.
4. Ensure all analyses meet customer requirements; validate methods against relevant standards.
5. Maintain Kochi ISO 17025 accreditation; develop documentation / SOPs for all sites to achieve compliance.
