A well-established power solutions and engineered equipment organization delivering reliable genset and acoustic solutions to large industrial infrastructure and government clients across India.

Scope of the Job

  • Drive regional revenue growth through B2B direct sales and dealer-led business across Bangalore and South Karnataka

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies key account plans and market expansion initiatives

  • Build onboard and strengthen dealer and distributor networks

  • Manage high-value industrial clients tenders and large project negotiations

  • Conduct technical presentations site visits and customer solutioning

  • Track sales pipeline forecasts and performance using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field

  • 12 years of experience in B2B direct sales within gensets power solutions capital equipment or engineered products

  • Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage key accounts

  • Strong negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on experience with tenders contracts and CRM-based sales management

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
