Scope of the Job

Drive regional revenue growth through B2B direct sales and dealer-led business across Bangalore and South Karnataka
-
Develop and execute regional sales strategies key account plans and market expansion initiatives
-
Build onboard and strengthen dealer and distributor networks
-
Manage high-value industrial clients tenders and large project negotiations
-
Conduct technical presentations site visits and customer solutioning
-
Track sales pipeline forecasts and performance using CRM tools
Qualifications
-
Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
-
12 years of experience in B2B direct sales within gensets power solutions capital equipment or engineered products
-
Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage key accounts
-
Strong negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills
-
Hands-on experience with tenders contracts and CRM-based sales management
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
