Insurance Advisor / Producer

Remote (LA-based) In-person meetings a few times per month in San Dimas CA

$115000$125000 base commission

The Opportunity

Our client is a 40 year old and well-respected insurance firm headquartered in San Dimas CA. They are growing and looking for a motivatedInsurance Advisor / Producerwho wants autonomy ownership and real earning potential.

This is atrue producer rolenot account management. Youll be trusted to run your desk build relationships and close business without micromanagement.

What Youll Be Doing

Bring in new business through inbound leads and self-generated prospecting
Build relationships and set client meetings
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through bind
Work with in-office underwriters to develop quotes and proposals
Present coverage options and close deals
Following up on warm leads (approx 100 per month)
Maintain client relationships with light post-bind follow-up
Track pipeline and activity in AMS 360 Outlook and Teams
Work remotely and in the field with periodic meetings in San Dimas

What Theyre Looking For

35 years of insurance experience bonus if you are bringing a book of business
Experience as a Producer Sales Executive or Account Executive
Active P&C license (required)
Life license and/or CIC designation a plus
Strong prospecting closing and relationship-building skills
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
Strong Southern California network preferred
