What Youll Do

Assist clients with airline hotel cruise and tour bookings
Build custom travel itineraries based on client needs
Provide exceptional customer service via phone chat or email
Coordinate travel logistics and reservations
Educate travelers on travel policies passports/visas and trip details
Maintain client records and follow-up communication
Resolve travel changes cancellations and special requests
