Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic environment with a focus on managing a construction-heavy book of business. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in the insurance industry.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65000 - $70000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a construction-heavy book of business providing exceptional service to clients
- Handle daily servicing tasks including certificates endorsements quoting and renewals
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize AMS360 agency management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries and requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the construction insurance sector
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Fresno with potential for a hybrid schedule (remote work on Mondays and Fridays)
