Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote Luxury Travel Planner to craft personalized high-end vacation experiences for this fully remote role youll work directly with clients to understand their preferences design tailored itineraries and manage bookings to create unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to uncover travel goals lifestyle preferences and unique desires
- Research and recommend premium accommodations tours and exclusive experiences
- Design and present customized luxury itineraries with attention to detail
- Coordinate bookings for flights hotels transfers and curated activities
- Provide outstanding client support before during and after each trip
- Stay up-to-date on luxury travel trends destinations and supplier offerings
Qualifications
- Passion for travel luxury experiences and exceptional client service
- Strong organization communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in travel hospitality or client services preferred but not required
- Must be a citizen of the US UK Mexico Spain or Australia
- Comfortable using digital tools and online booking platforms
