Job Summary
Job Purpose
- Proper planning & control of samples of in-house & outsourcing
- Make samples ready wtgin timeframe and required quality for B&R & OTC
Job Context & Major Challenges
Job Context:
- Make all the samples ready within the time line. Make the B&R samples with top priority and standard quality. OTC samples to make well before every quarterly booking for both Linen Club and Cavallo brand.
Major Challenges:
- Planning for inhouse samples and at the same time planning & follow up with the outside weavers/Supply chain for timely samples.
- To do follow-up with the yarn Go down yarn dyeing finishing to complete the said task within time.

Utilization of 100% In-House sampling capacity and strong man power handling capability | By proper planning and execution of machines and man power allocation achieve targeted production from in-house sampling. For that need focused planning and control of sample m/c facility like single end sizing m/c single end warping m/c Sulzer weaving loom. |
Maintenance of m/c | Make sure of timely preventive maintenance to avoid m/c break down running problem |
To do sample outsource | To plan and follow up with the outside weavers and Supply chain department to get the required quantity and quality samples on time |
To follow up with the other related departments to make and dispatch the samples | To follow up with yarn Go down yarn dyeing finishing warehouse to make and dispatch the required samples in time |
