Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native microservices-based architectures
Architect scalable full stack solutions using Java Spring Boot Angular or React
Drive transformation programs across FS Insurance and Retail sectors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps QA and business stakeholders
Define and enforce coding standards CI/CD pipelines and performance benchmarks
Conduct technical workshops solution presentations and stakeholder alignment sessions
Mentor engineering teams and contribute to practice development Ways to Stand Out
Thought leadership in app modernization and cloud-native architecture
Ability to simplify complex technical constructions for business users
Experience driving transformation across FS Insurance and Retail sectors
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tight delivery timelines
Mandatory skill sets: Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot Angular or React
Proven track record in application modernization and cloud migration
Deep understanding of microservices RESTful APIs and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools Git Jenkins and cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
Ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage transformation roadmaps
Familiarity with domain-driven design event-driven architecture and security best practices
