KalSoft is offering aninternship opportunity for a driven Technical Business Analyst Project Management Intern with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent rolelooking to gain hands-on experience across business analysis technology and project coordination in a professional consulting environment.

In this role you will support the team in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements assisting with project planning and coordination and preparing process flows reports and project documentation. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams contribute to UAT activities and project updates and assist senior team members in day-to-day project and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Support project planning tracking and coordination activities
Prepare process flows reports and project documentation
Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Support UAT activities and project status updates
Assist senior Business Analysts and Project Managers in daily tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Final-year student or recent graduate (Business IT CS or related field)
Basic understanding of SDLC concepts
Strong communication and documentation skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with MS Excel PowerPoint Visio Jira or similar tools is a plus
Eagerness to learn and grow
