Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated detailoriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Desk Research Analyst. As a Senior Desk Research Analyst you will be responsible for performing advanced research ensuring quality across outputs and supporting the Online Universe Classification project with enhanced expertise. You will also guide junior analysts and handle complex research tasks independently.
You will
- Be responsible for the Classification of Web Shops in the POS Manager
- Perform Manual Matching of Physical Shops & Business Partners in POS Manager including complex and ambiguous cases
- Conduct Address Validation of Physical Shops & Business Partners with higher accuracy and multisource verification
- Be ensuring high quality in results including reviewing and validating the outputs of junior analysts
- Support a project that aims to extend the boundaries of Desk Research contributing ideas for improvements and efficiency
- Assist in mentoring and guiding Junior Desk Research Analysts
- Handle non-standard research cases data conflicts and exceptions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications :
- At least 18 months of experience as a Desk Research Analyst
- To be good at MS Office
- Strong capabilities in Online Product Searching and digital data verification
- A Graduate degree from a reputable institute
- Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and the ability to manage complex research tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support team knowledge sharing.
