Job Summary
Our client a diversified holding company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their heavy equipment rental business. The company operates across multiple industries and is now strengthening its presence in the construction and machinery rental sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full operations of the heavy equipment rental business.
- Ensure high utilization and availability of equipment through effective planning logistics and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong client and supplier relationships in the Riyadh market.
- Manage and guide the operations team to achieve business goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights directly to top management.
- Contribute to growth strategy and identify opportunities for expansion within Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Proven background in heavy equipment rental / earth-moving machinery operations.
- Strong market knowledge and professional network in Riyadh.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Must be based in Riyadh or open to relocation.
