We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing & Client Servicing Executive who can think strategically communicate effectively and manage clients with confidence.
This role bridges the gap between clients and our internal teams ensuring ideas are executed seamlessly goals are met and the clients are delighted every step of the way.

Client Servicing & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand each clients business objectives and target audience to craft relevant strategies.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design content and strategy) to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups reviews and performance updates with clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure smooth execution of revisions or campaign updates.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Identify trends insights and opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ideate campaign concepts captions and content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice aesthetics and message across platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
Creative & Strategic Inputs
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends algorithms and emerging tools.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance engagement and audience growth.
- Suggest platform-specific strategies for Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and others.
- Monitor competitors and industry activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Minimum 6 months internship of relevant experience in social media marketing and client servicing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. (English Hindi & Gujarati).
- Strong negotiation presentation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite etc.) is a plus.
