Job Summary

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube and Twitter (X).
  • Define content pillars tone of voice and storytelling frameworks for different brands.
  • Work closely with creative design video and copy teams to ensure high-quality content execution.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics such as reach engagement growth CTR and conversions.
  • Identify trends platform updates and content opportunities to improve organic and paid performance.
  • Manage brand communication community engagement and reputation across social channels.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid social strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Guide the team on influencer collaborations UGC strategies and campaign-led content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social platforms.


Requirements

  • Strong experience in social media strategy and content planning (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience managing platforms like Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms trends and platform best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools such as Meta Insights LinkedIn Analytics Google Analytics and third-party tools.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling multiple brands in an agency environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to healthcare real estate education or service-based brands is preferred.
