Job Summary

Regulatory leadership: Serve as the unconditional Responsible Officer (Type 9) with direct accountability for supervised business lines and readiness to engage with the SFC as required.
Portfolio management: manage public fund with UT code standard integrating risk management and performance oversight across mandates.
Public funds ETF: Guide strategy and operations for listed/public fund products including REITs ensuring compliance disclosure quality and investor outcomes.
Team management: Lead develop and performance-manage an investment and operations team fostering disciplined execution and collaboration.
Governance and controls: Uphold robust policies procedures and internal controls aligned with SFC expectations on competence and supervision.

Requirements

Requirements

Unconditional SFC RO (Type 9): Current approval as a Responsible Officer for asset management with no licensing conditions attached.
Minimum 5 years of public fund management experience with UT code standard is a must preference given to ETF PM.
Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
Availability: Immediate start preferred.
