Job Summary
Degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related discipline;
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably in corporate communications public relations community affairs or public engagement; experience in property related communications or working with property/business units would be an advantage;
Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills;
A fast learner with the ability to work independently and strong attention to detail;
Good understanding of public affairs and the media landscape;
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Required to perform duties and work outside office hours and take up media on-call /news reporting duties when necessary
Appointment will be made on 2-year renewable contract terms

Implement a range of communications programmes including media publicity public affairs and stakeholder engagement in support of the Corporations Property BUs strategic goals;
Build good rapport with various community stakeholders in the role of District in charge and handle relevant enquiries and complaints;
Organise and support media and engagement events and work closely with respective teams across departments to support corporate functions;
Prepare communications materials including presentation decks press releases newsletter stories meeting minutes and property sales materials as appropriate;
Keep abreast of property industry news monitor district sentiments under purview prepare news summaries and conduct related research on relevant government policies legislation and political developments.
