Manage various teams both from process and people front- Provide overall leadership to the department ensuring all deadlines are met and customer issues concerns and questions are resolved in accordance with our Service Level Agreements- Review of standard & ad-hoc journal entries balance sheet reconciliation & Financial Reporting- Experience in Inter Company Fixed assets Month end close. - Review FA tasks based on month end calendar and checklist- Weekly/monthly calls with onshore team for performance review/dashboard- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of SLA in tight turnaround time- Reporting to internal and external clients. (KPI Dashboard etc.)- Drive continual process improvements- Ensure all compliances are followed/met- Guide coach and mentor team members- Build relationship/bonding within the team- Train and mentor people while maintaining discipline within the team- Excellent Communication skills written and verbal- Proficient in ERP- Good analytical skills- Proficient in advance MS Office- Ability to work under pressure & manage tight deadlines- Multi tasking- People Management skills- Client Management skills- SLA / Process Management skills- Experience in leading AP teams- Good analytical skills- Strong MS Office Knowledge- Strong attention to details
