Job Summary

Childrens Home Registered Manager

Location: Finedon Wellingborough
Salary: Starting at 50000 yearly Bonus and Ofsted Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling required
Employment Type: Permanent

Service Users: EBD

Home Details:

Number of Beds: 4

Qualifications Required:

Level 3 in Childrens Residential or equivalent
Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Childrens and Young Peoples Service)

Required Experience:

At least 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years
Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Childrens Homes regulations

We are seeking a dedicated Childrens Registered Manager with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. Deputy Managers with the relevant experience will be considered.
