Youll join Miros APJ Marketing team working at the intersection of regional strategy and digital execution.
This is a highly collaborative environment where youll partner closely with the Head of Japan Marketing Head of Digital Sales Analytics and Operations teams to build predictable demand generation programs that drive enterprise growth in Japan.
About the role
Own enterprise demand generation for Japan and drive measurable pipeline growth through digital channels integrated campaigns and agency partnerships.
Youll build predictable repeatable programs that convert demand into qualified pipeline with a focus on ABM inbound campaigns and paid digital.
This role includes light oversight (20% time) of SEO and SEM agency partners in Koreaprimarily performance monitoring and reporting not hands-on execution.
What youll do
- Own Japans demand generation strategy for enterprise and strategic accounts
Build and execute ABM programs inbound campaigns and paid digital programs
Manage Japan website email marketing and local digital agencies
Partner with Sales to improve outbound effectiveness and lead follow-up
Collaborate with Analytics and Ops on lead scoring attribution and reporting
Create performance dashboards and drive continuous funnel optimization
Deliver predictable sourced pipeline aligned to Japan revenue goals
Oversee SEO and SEM agency performance for Japan and Korea (monitoring KPIs reporting quarterly business reviews)
What youll need
8 years B2B demand generation experience in Japan market
Proven track record owning (not just influencing) pipeline creation
Hands-on experience with ABM paid social and agency management
Strong understanding of Japan enterprise buyer behavior
Experience with Marketo Salesforce LinkedIn Campaign Manager intent tools
Analytical mindset with strong execution discipline
Fluent Japanese; business-level English
Comfortable working in matrixed global-local team structures
