Job Summary
Angela Krause Ford/Angela Krause Lincoln is looking for a General Manager to lead one of the most capable best-equipped and highest potential Ford dealerships in the country. With award winning history exceptional staff and unmatched facilities the right leader will have the tools support and runway to build something extraordinary. Our 22 acre campus features:
- A large modern Ford showroom
- A stand-alone state of the art Lincoln Vitrine
- A large service operation with fifty-six lifts which includes:
- A full Ford Service Shop and Quick Lane Center
- A brand new twenty-nine bay Ford Pro Elite Service Center built for commercial and fleet growth
- Eight mobile service units supporting remote and fleet customers
- A ten year UIO exceeding 24000 vehicles
- A history of excellence including the Ford Presidents Award and Lincoln Leaders Award
- Over 3500 retail units sold in the past 12 months with over 100% sales efficiency for both Ford and Lincoln
This is a rare opportunity within the Ford dealer network to lead a store with stand-alone Ford Lincoln and Ford Pro Elite. Angela Krause Ford Lincoln is a well resourced operation with great employees sales history and market presence to scale even furtherespecially in the commercial government and fleet segments. The ideal candidate brings deep operational experience proven leadership capability and the ability to execute at a high level in a complex multi-facility environment.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Achieving a minimum 5% net to sales
- Oversee all dealership operations and processes for Sales Service Parts Finance and Commercial/Fleet
- Ensure operational excellence process consistency and a great culture
- Compliance with Ford and Lincoln standards
- Lead the continued development of commercial and fleet sales and growth of the Ford Pro Elite commercial service
- Maintain over 100% sales efficiency for Ford and Lincoln
- CSI Scores need to be above region for both Ford and Lincoln for both sales and service
- Strengthening market share through strategic planning community engagement and brand stewardship
- Maximize capacity and efficiency across multiple service centers
- Optimize mobile service to support Ford Lincoln fleet and commercial customers
- Lead mentor and develop a high performing team across all departments
- Build a culture of accountability growth and customer first execution
- Collaborate with ownership on long term strategy capital planning and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- General Manager experience required
- Ford GM experience strongly preferred
- Proven record leading high volume operations
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Demonstrated success developing people and building strong teams
- Experience with commercial and fleet business is a plus
- High integrity effective communication skills and a leadership style that inspires trust and performance
