About The Role
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives who will be responsible for driving partnerships organizing workshops and selling products The role involves institutional outreach lead generation event execution and relationship management with colleges and nursing institutions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach colleges nursing schools and training institutes for partnerships.
Pitch Global Career programs international opportunities and workshops to college heads placement officers and management.
Establish MoUs or collaboration agreements with institutions for conducting workshops and training sessions.
Maintain and update a CRM database of leads contacts and partnership status.
Plan and execute awareness workshops/webinars in colleges to promote global opportunity
Present offerings to students drive registrations and convert workshop attendees into paid applicants.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for event materials student engagement and post-workshop follow-ups.
Counsel students (and parents) interested in global pathways.
Convert leads into paid enrollments through effective counselling and consultative sales approach.
Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Build long-term partnerships with colleges and training centers for recurring programs.
Follow up regularly for renewals referrals and continuous engagement.
Maintain excellent post-sales support and customer experience.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and outreach reports.
Participate in strategic meetings to improve conversion and partnership performance.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional language is a plus).
Proven experience or strong interest in B2C Sales Study Abroad or EdTech/Study Abroad sectors.
Ability to pitch negotiate and close institutional partnerships.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable with travel for college visits/workshops.
