The Lead Project Manager will oversee endtoend delivery of multisite healthcare equipment installations across various modalities such as MRI CT PETCT Cath Labs and other imaging systems. The role is responsible for managing multiproject multilocation portfolios ensuring compliance with timelines budget quality safety and regulatory standards. This position leads planning site readiness validation MEP/HVAC/electrical coordination interior fitout execution vendor management and customer communication throughout the installation lifecycle. It ensures alignment with AERB NABH electrical RF shielding and workplace safety norms. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend delivery of multiproject multilocation healthcare installation portfolios (MRI CT PETCT Cath Lab).
Own master schedules critical paths milestones and recovery plans to ensure ontime delivery.
Conduct site readiness assessments covering MEP HVAC electrical loads shielding statutory approvals and safety.
Manage contractors and OEM partners across civil electrical HVAC shielding rigging and logistics.
Oversee installation calibration IQ/OQ commissioning and handover to Service/Applications teams.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulatory quality and infectioncontrol standards throughout execution.
Control budgets change orders billing milestones and vendor payments.
Act as single point of contact for customers and stakeholders driving CSAT/NPS and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical/Industrial) or Architecture.
PMP certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
1015 years of experience in healthcare project management and/or hospital interior fitout.
Proven experience delivering complex imaging installations (MRI CT PETCT Cath Lab).
Strong exposure to hospital MEP HVAC electrical distribution UPS and IT/network coordination.
Handson experience with regulatory approvals including AERB/NABH/NABL and local authorities.
Experience managing multivendor turnkey projects across multiple locations.
Desired Characteristics
Portfolio and program management with strong criticalpath and dependency control.
Technical expertise in healthcare siting RF/lead shielding HVAC EMI/EMC and rigging logistics.
Commercial acumen in SoW BOQs contracts claims management and cost control.
Strong knowledge of EHS practices risk assessments permits and incident prevention.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
People leadership with ability to coach develop teams and drive standardization.
Proficiency in MS Project AutoCAD reading Excel/PowerPoint ERP systems and dashboards.
Datadriven execution mindset focused on firsttimeright delivery and continuous improvement.
